Cynthia Runolfson has more than 23 years of experience serving government, small businesses and individuals throughout Eastern Ontario. Cynthia leads our Valuations and Litigations Practice and has provided her forensic and investigative knowledge and skills to entities in the public and private sectors.
Cynthia received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Acadia University and obtained her CA designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario. Cynthia successfully obtained her certification in Financial Forensics from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and she obtained her Chartered Business Valuator designation from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators (CICBV).
Cynthia was active in her work with the CICBV Education Committee. Cynthia was a guest speaker at both the County of Carleton Law Association Family Law Conference, and the Ontario Collaborative Law Federation Family Law Conference. In addition, she was a panelist at the Superior Court Conference in Toronto.
Cynthia lives in Ottawa with her three children and their family dog, Jersey. Hailing from Newfoundland, Cynthia enjoys time on the East Coast with her extended family.
